The lift wasn’t working which was not great having to walk up a lot of stairs,and we were put on the top floor also in the wrong apartment according to the booking details. The apartment was very noisy at night.

GBVery good location, easy walking distance to many places and good pubs. Easy to access, lovely decorations and comfortable beds. I used the sofa bed that was comfortable. Had a dishwasher and washing machine which is great.
A few marks here and there, the blind did not work very well and some dents etc in the walls but mostly clean and well maintained.
IEApartment was roomy and bright and a great location.
Communal areas were dirty. Lift was broken and we were on the 4th floor with one of our group on crutches.

IMLocation was fantastic- right in the heart of Belfast cathedral quarter. Apartment was bright and clean with huge open plan living space. Beds were comfortable, plenty of fresh towels and linen provided and bedrooms located towards back of apartment which were very quiet considering we were in middle of a busy nightlife area. Kitchen well equipped, spotlessly clean and modern.
Property was on top floor (apartment 8) with several flights of steep stairs and elevator wasn't working. Was difficult to manage so many stairs with heavy luggage and two young children in tow and we were not informed in advance that lift was out of order. Apartment next to ours (apartment 7) had lots of clutter (old chest of drawers, bags, shoes etc) scattered outside front door and we had to step over dirt and mess to access our apartment. Master bedroom had bad damp around window and in need of repair and tidy up.
