Casa molto grande e spazio e per 7 persone. Presenza di tutti gli utensili e del necessario, presenza di balcone, presenza di lavatrice. Presenza di riscaldamento centralizzato. Presenza di lavastoviglie. Presenza di supermercati nelle vicinanze e di parcheggio gratuito proprio sotto casa. Presenza di norme di differenziazione dei rifiuti. Presenza di bagno per disabili.

Assenza di prese vicino al letto. Assenza di utensili da cucina (come schiumarola). Assenza di un bidet in un bagno. Luce nel corridoio non funzionante. Casa pulita, ma con un po di sporcizia negli angoli della cucina.
