Location & comfortable.

There were no lights that worked upstairs at all. We had to use our torch lights on our phone.

"Great property for group meet up"

Property was a good size and didn’t feel like you were tripping over each other. Beds were comfortable with extra bedding available. Kitchen was well equipped and we loved having a dining table big enough to seat us all to enjoy time together. Property was around 10 mins from northern quarter and 15 from quayside so pretty handy location. Also a take away and a shop within a 5 min walk for any extras.

Heating was a little bit fiddly, we never felt like we quite got it right.
