"Einfach perfekt."

Perfekt ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Nichts haben wir vermisst. Sehr freundliche Vermieter die fast jeden Tag da sind. Betten waren super und die Badausstattung perfekt. Auch die Küche absolut super. Das Wohnzimmer mit einer sehr bequemen Couch ausgestattet. Gasgrill und Sitzgelegenheit außen vorhanden und sehr bequem. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt genug Platz, da großes Schrankzimmer vorhanden. Die Bauweise ist sehr massiv und gut gedämmt. Die Fenster sehr gut und die Klimaanlage kaum zu hören.

"A relaxing home away from home and an ideal holiday home."

The property was in a quiet area with a lake view and was exceptionally clean with everything we needed for our stay in situ. The owners communication was very good indeed. Restaurants and shopping were nearby. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lake Marlin Villa.

Having to leave such a lovely property.

It’s a very comfortable house. You really have everything that you need.. it’s a lovely and quiet location. We loved the interior, good beds, big bathroom, great couch,… the hosts were also very helpful and friendly.
