The owner is a wonderful and friendly person This is not the first visit, but the wonderful place deserves to be repeated.

An absolutely fantastic location - really close to some excellent restaurants. The flat size was great, plenty of space for two of us for the night. A short drive to the Etihad and Co-Op Arena, so very useful for gigs and matches. The host met us in person and was very nice.

Just a few, easily fixed things stopped this from being an exceptional booking. The mattress desperately needs replacing - one person moving caused the other person to wake up because the springs are shot. Cosmetically, the following issues: The seal around the bath is completely broken down one side and needs replacing. There's a patch of mould behind the kitchen sink tap that needs bleaching to remove. There's a patch of carpet that is not fixed down properly as you go into the bedroom that could be a trip hazard. The wire hider in the bedroom that goes up to the TV has come off the wall and hangs loose. Under the window in the bedroom there is something coming away from the wall that hides wires to the heating unit.

Excellent for what we needed for and worth the money ..owner very nice and helpful , property very clean and tidy . Thank you 😊

A little TLC to the bathroom needed, but was very clean .

Wonderful stay host was very attentive and welcoming … it was clean and comfortable and would stay again.

My only slight issue is that they were no forks and could do with a couple of extra pots and pans as I wanted to cook more but has everything else needed for a short stay and wasn’t a big issue

Bed was very uncomfortable!

My contact was polite and contactable, flat close to city and good value for two days we were there. Big TV and WiFi all working and room heaters worked well.

Could not get hot water on first day, fine on second day, no forks in cutlery so dinner with spoons! Also no cereal bowls just large fruit bowls. Minor points but generally though it was okay.
