"Somewhat ok for value."

Location was good and the rooms were clean.

Hotel took our id proof and did not return. We had to call it through courier services. TV was working. No dining place.

"Worst staff who threatened customer"

Food is good.

I have booked for triple occupancy via an online portal they have charged rs 1000/ extra for matress. While reaching the property they have given us a very tiny room and adjusted the extra mattress below onto the table and when I complain about this the Manager/ receptionist shouted on me and told me " mmt se booking kiya hai vahi complaint karo". Even he threatened me also. So don't book this property in any condition
