Hotel Sangam View

Shivanee and Ayush are great host, they took great care of us during our whole stay. They were very attentive to our needs from our arrival till our departure. They helped us organise the boat trip for our dip as well as our transport which was quite difficult to deal with during the kumbh mela. The food was delicious. Location is very good. The place is very clean, on our arrival all the amenities like slippers, shampoo, vanity kits, coffee water etc much more was provided. We highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly chose the Sangam View Hotel for our future stay.

Worst Hotel at worst location. Don't know how booking.com suggested such a bad hotel.

Everything except food which was comparatively better. No restaurant.

NO lift for best of their room at 3rd floor. First time i came across that breakfast is subject to order in morning and 20 minutes waiting.. I was shocked to find after 1 hour that nothing was ready because i did not specify what i wanted poha/paratha . I had said bring whatever u can to male person at reception at 7.45 am..Fortunately female receptionist had arrived by that time and we got breakfast at 9.20 am.. view shown in for my room is from terrace outside my room and not from any part of my room at all. Floor is sticky with some chemical and can not walk bare foot at all.. not walkable for any tourist palce

food was ok.

they called to say room was not available. when i said i had booked long time ago from agoda, they said will upgrade at not cost. then payment issues. we paid double as they did not receive it seems and the account number was wrong eventhoug they checked details. manager Raj was helpful. staff need more training in handling different types of payment methods.

The room was really good. AC and Geezer was working. Bed was good. What I like is the honesty. I forget my Goggles in the room while checking out. They call me and inform me about that. I was able to pickup from the hotel. Normally you don't see this kind of honesty anywhere. I am impressed!
