Niente

La mancanza di corrette informazioni ed una stanza claustrofobica. Non abbiamo passato nemmeno una notte e ce ne siamo andati dopo esserci fatti una doccia,dal sudore per il caldo e la distanza dall'auto. Nelle info c'è il simbolo di un parcheggio ,mi era stato detto che non c'erano posti parcheggio privati,ma non che la struttura fosse in Ztl e non raggiungibile in macchina.Avevo chiesto se fosse possibile scaricare i bagagli prima di parcheggiare l'auto in un parcheggio consigliato a 500 metri di distanza,ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Se mi avessero risposto avrei fatto in tempo ad annullare la prenotazione e non perdere il costo della prenotazione!!!

Posizione perfetta e camera grande e spaziosa.

Mancanza di parcheggio e apertura automatica della stanza da parte del personale delle pulizie senza avviso anche se la stanza era occupata.
