Everything was great!

No drying rack for clothes as there was no dryer setting on the washing machine. One of the beds were a bit broken as the mattress dipped into the frame so couldn’t sleep on that side of the bed

It was clean and had basic necessities and close to good restaurants and activities, and shopping It was fine for a very short stay

Lumpy and creaky beds( both rooms) they need to be replaced!

Nothing, some mug booked this place fraudulently using my account, someone called Shervano Sido, clearly not me as the name on my account is a British name. I've never been or wanted to go to Manchester in all my life.

I called the landlord or whatever he is and told him the situation and said that it was a fraudulent booking. He then decided to just keep the booking anyway and probably even let the fraudster stay there. I got charged £137 for nothing. It's taken hours of my life and I still don't have my money back.

This apartment is perfectly situated, close to everything yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It’s clean, cozy, making it a truly comfortable place to stay. The wide range of amenities adds to the convenience, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The host was responsive and helpful throughout, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Very convenient location. Well equipped space. Staff responded promptly to queries.

The only thing we’d change is the size of the small double beds. The rooms would fit 5ft beds. This would make a lot of difference to the comfort of our stay. Other than that the apartment was great - highly recommended

Beds were really comfy, Location was great with the canal just down the road was easy to walk into the city. Having supermarket next door was handy too for food/groceries.

Only issue was one of the lifts wasn’t working so a couple times had to walk up 7 flights of stairs but besides that we had no problems.

Location. Can walk into town. Comfortable bed. Fresh bedding. Host available and responsive.

Difficult access. Concierge didn't answer buzzer, but was sitting inside when another resident let me in. Keylock outside behind building in a blocked corner of alley with rubbish nearby and nowhere to run if you're cornered. Insufficient lighting if you arrive after dark. No table, so couldn't work comfortably. Really dusty with collections around the rug, corners of stairs and towel rack. I cleaned. Broken bin in bathroom. Needs proper ironing board.
