The actual facilities are good. Rooms are fine, beds comfortable

Hadn’t realised it was a share house. One entry to the apartment which contains 3 rooms which are booked out individually. No real privacy except in the bedroom which can be locked but not in the shared kitchen area. If you are ok with sharing with other guests then the property will be fine. Owner needs to provide better instructions for meeting and hand over of keys. We were not sure of where the actual property was and where to wait for the keys.
