"Excellent price-quality ratio in the center of Bergamo in a beautiful street"

Excellent price-quality ratio in the center of Bergamo. The room had spectacular old high ceilings and it was very clean, warm and nice. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets on the same street. Our child appreciated the new smart TV. Thank you to the hosts for very clear communication about the check in. Everything went very well and we will chose this acomodation again as the price-quality is excellent compared with other accomodations in Bergamo we payed almost double for the same level of comfort and location

There is nothing to dislike at this price!

Dobra lokalizacja, przystanki autobusowe i kawiarnie w pobliżu.

Brak kontaktu z właścicielem - wskazówki odnośnie odebrania kluczy otrzymaliśmy dopiero po interwencji obsługi klienta Booking. Uszkodzone drzwi kabiny prysznicowej z trudem się zamykały, nie zawsze była ciepła woda. Ponadto kabina bardzo nieestetyczna. Brak naturalnego światła w pokoju - okna wychodzą na wewnętrzny dziedziniec, zatem w nocy długo pokój oświetlony jest przez światło z dziedzińca, w ciągu dnia zaś jest ciemno.

TRUFFA!!, Arrivati alle 2 di notte non abbiamo trovato le chiavi per entrare in stanza, come da accordi, abbiamo passato la notte per le scale al freddo, il gestore si è reso irreperibile, nonostante numerose telefonate, messaggi e mail. Abbiamo segnalato il fatto alla questura. TRUFFA!!!

"Good place to stay!"

Location, cleanness, nice bed, good bathroom and shower

-A/C was not operating well so the room got very warm sometimes. -Rod to hang clothes is very high to reach. I am 165 cm tall , and it was very challenging. -We had a very hard time with the shower’s sliding doors. One came off track.

Wygodne łóżko - naciągane.

Nie posprzątane, pajęczyny w rogach, grzyb w łazience pod prysznicem, drzwi do prysznica zepsute, brak wieszaków, 5 minut ciepłej wody, spray na owady przy "stanowisku" z herbatą.
