Terra Blue Suites - Dimitra

A beautiful new villa right by the sea. It’s super clean, modern, and has a large terrace that's perfect for having lunch or just relaxing with a cup of coffee while listening to the sound of the waves. The house is cozy and fully equipped, everything has been thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. A special thanks to the hosts! They are incredibly warm and welcoming people who always responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. When we arrived, we were greeted with fresh fruit, olive oil from their own garden, and some amazingly delicious pastries. Our vacation was absolutely wonderful, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Прекрасное место, находится в довольно уединенном месте, в стороне от деревни, перед домом оливковый сад, прямо напротив море, под шум которого мы засыпали и просыпались. Дом чудесный, новый, есть все необходимое, кухня оснащена всем, что могло понадобиться для приготовления еды. Хозяева очень гостеприимные: на столе нас ждали фрукты (а ещё нас угостили вкуснейшими пирожными), плюс Nefeli всегда была на связи и готова была прийти на помощь в любой ситуации. Пляж напротив дома каменистый, не очень пригодный для купания, рядом пляж отеля тоже с галькой, но дальше на побережье есть более мягкие песчаные пляжи; есть множество таверен с лежаками, которые можно использовать бесплатно, если ты их клиент, чем мы и пользовались;) Ещё для информации добавлю: Рядом отель, где по вечерам довольно громко играла музыка, но только до 22. Прям напротив апартаментов пункт проката машин, где можно взять авто на день. Супермаркет в 1.5 км, это примерно 3 минуты на машине. Как итог: сказочный отдых и огромная благодарность, с удовольствием вернусь через год.

The house is very nice, new, and super clean. It looks exactly like in the photos. The hosts were great – very friendly, helpful, and extremely hospitable. Communication was perfect. The location is great, with a beautiful garden and sea view. It’s only 5 minutes’ walk to the public beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house is clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner is fast and efficient. She sent us cakes for the weekend and allowed a late check-out. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect - new house and beautiful sea in about 50-70 meters in front of of the house terrace. Between sea and house there is a ground with olive trees (two villas are located in the middle of big private territory of with olives . Two bathrooms (one of them in the master bedroom) made the stay even more comfortable. Many thanks to our hosts for their hospitality!

Nothing, all is perfect.

Peaceful surroundings, privacy, proximity to the sea (we could hear the waves washing out on the shore), modern furnishings (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, big fridge), two bathrooms (good water pressure, enough space in the shower and to put down all our cosmetics :) spacious built in wardrobes with plenty of space to hang and put clothes, good WiFi, AC in every room, tasteful decoration in calm colours, comfortable beds (not just sheet but also duvets provided so we could be cozy warm even when it was colder during the night), bedside lights to read before sleep, spacious porch with shaded seating overlooking olive tree grove and behind it the sea, plenty space to dry swimwear and beach towels (which were provided, also we liked their deep royal blue colour), mosquito nets in every window, parking space directly next to the house, mini market & café one minute away, private beach entrance, long sandy beach with plenty space, good tavernas and supermarket walking distance (10/15 minutes away), and last but not least the view of white mountains with snow covered tops from the kitchen window.

Some nights there would be louder disco music playing in the nearby Resort but they would generally finish by 11 pm.

Great value, great host, great facility and great location

We were the first guests to use these newly built vacation suites, everything was brand new. We were supplied with everything we needed to cook and serve our meals, all brand new appliances and utensils. The decor is modern and I absolutely appreciated the separate extra bedroom and washroom, it felt like we had a separate suite within a suite. It’s located in nature, within a small olive grove and we had a short path that led directly to the beach! Great wifi included and modern air conditioning units in every major space and bedroom. Since we stayed more than a week, we definitely appreciated the washing machine. As for the hosts, we couldn’t be more happier, we were treated with water bottles in the large fridge, cream, sugar and coffee, fresh fruits and some much enjoyed Raki! They checked up on us to make sure everything was fine and if we needed anything, they brought fresh eggs from their local hens, some olive oil made from their olive tree grove and apple pie! They are simply amazing.
