It was in a very good location and the apartment was very nice

We are in our sixties and We found it difficult to access the apartment and I know the owner was trying to help us but I feel it would be better if someone was there to help us get in. Someone younger would probably have no problem.

Good location, I liked the apartment.

It wasn’tn well-furnished. I missed there a lot od things to kitchen and we had to buy toilet paper, there wasn’t enough.

Check in at 2PM - it’s quite late when you arrive in Bergamo at 9AM Communication was a bit confusing, only in Italian Bedside tables would be great

Localisation is great. Also - the apartment was very clean, bright and quite pretty. There are ale the facilities you might need.

The owner was kind but he only speaks Italian which I find a bit inconvenient. Aditionally we experienced a bit disappointing situation - we've asked for an extra toilet paper and he refused to give it to us.
