Hotel Aurore Lomé

* The location is good * Security guys around very friendly polite and professional the only people who give me a nice welcome the rest are all look sad no one smile at this place what an horrible feeling which i never felt before . They all look unhappy and make you feel you are unwelcome. * The hotel is characteristic i liked it .

* The Staff at the reception , no one smile they all look depress and unfriendly very weird approach with costumers i was shocked to be honest . * I paid cash twice on different occasion i asked for my change back after i was waiting at the front desk for long time they move around doing other things while i was waiting for my change ..... , one of the receptionist a young black girl say to me: NO Cange i say why she repeated back to me : we dont give change . i say: what ? then, never mind i left speechless . i always give tips and money to everyone everywhere i travel but this people do not deserve a penny . * They made me feel unwelcome i never felt like this before.

The bed sheets were not clean.

The location was perfect! Next to the beach and close to facilities.

The staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. They also started banging pots and pans at 7am. They did not respect that people were still sleeping.

Location, close to the beach. Very Nice room. They called a man to chance money at the place.

They didnt send the shuttle to the airport. Anyway I paid 10 US.

The Food was Excellent, and the staff were quite friendly.

The room wasn't exactly standard, It had this damp odour, There was only one tv channel to watch and the Wifi was poor in the room
