Staff were very kind, bed was comfy, room was huge. Perfectly located near Angkor Wat.

It’s not the cleanest but for the value it can’t be beat!

Good location very friendly and helpful staff. You will not find cheaper accommodation in Siem Reap.

A lot of noise at the "reception area" especially at night (local people getting together). At one point there was very very loud music playing in the afternoon while my wife was trying to sleep (sick).

The dirtiest accommodation I’ve ever been. I was having a sunrise tour starting at 4AM that’s why I decided to spend the first night until 4AM and left. I’ve requested to the staff to change the huge-yellow-dotted sheets 2 times and nothing changed, all the sheets and pillow covers were dirty and toilet seat was also brown-dotted which means they didn’t even bother themselves to clean the TOILET. Also the contact at the hotel was not helpful at all for the transfer from the airport to the hotel, I’ve had to pay way more to the taxi since the contact from the hotel suggested me not to book any transportation beforehand.

It was very cheap and the air con was good!

The staff were helpful as they could be but the room was nothing like the pictures showed, it felt quite dirty and the shower didn’t work properly only cold water.

The convenient location of the hotel, a very pleasant hotel owner, you can rent a bike, I liked everything, thank you!

good manager with helpful mentality

water stoppes at night 10pm and noone bothered.i left hotel on1st night itself even though paid fully for 3 nights upon check in. there was no follow up or message received from hotel for this incident . very poor.
