My door was open when I arrived

The hotel had cockroaches , i have pictures. The door would not lock and the front desk adviced rules but rules were not followed loud noise , fighting , noise disturbance that my wife could not focus on work

The only positive is, we did not see bed bugs and we didn't run out of TP since there was only 1 partially used roll. And, we did not hear gun shots.

Filthy gross everywhere No smoke detector with exposed Possible live wires No lamps on nighstands. 2 USB ports did not work Only warm water for shower that turned cold right away Very bad shape too many to list. I have pictures of the patches on walls (room needs painting). Especially the scuzzy door. Luckily I brought lysol wipes to clean the dirty bathroom and wipe down dirty light switches, bathroom floor and shower. The room floors are grossly dirty. Nocturnal residents who yelled and cursed all night. And someone using a blow dryer for a couple of hours above us. Scary neighborhood. We wanted to leave but we were soooo tired and couldn't afford to leave. Booking.com should ashamed themselves allowing this place to be on their list. Can we please get a refund?
