Shower faucet mixer was tricky. My mother had a hard time turning the water on/off.

No shops nearby, so had to use shops in hotel which were really expensive, ie pack of playing cards $15. Smart lifts which aren’t smart, but annoying lol Luggage storage $5 per bag and closed at 4.00pm

The staff ‘s negligent attitude , the noise the 2 generator made out under our window, we had to use earplugs to sleep They promised a fitness center , that’s why I had booked it in the first place, and it wasn’t open. Nobody knew when it would be useable again and no notification about it at all beforehand. Plus the valet parking was time-consuming . No lights in the small walking -in closet where we were supposed to keep our clothes, it was dark all the time.

AUThis studio unit was close to public transport, including the Collins Express trolley and a CitiBike station, and was reasonably priced for this time of year. The unit was a little further from South Beach than I anticipated but was still convenient because of the public transport stops.
The staff I engaged with at the security desk to check in and with the convenience stores in the building made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them. The food and beverages available at the convenience stores are overpriced. The finishes on the studio require some work, including paint and plaster work which have been obviously patched in places and a dirty iron. There was also a couple of generators directly below the room so opening the windows for fresh air meant putting up with that noise.
