The property located in a nice location, close to amenities. Well equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. Outside garden was nice

The bathroom extractor fan wasn’t working properly. Some bed frames were dusty.. otherwise everything else was fabulous

Stunning property with great view. Very well equipped and furnished, everything you need and more.

Parking can be tricky but once we had figured out you can park round the corner for free it was fine.

Easy walking distance to the town & beach.

Hannah was a very helpful host and the flat is in a great location

Liked the central location in Swanage. Liked the spaciousness in the apartment and the outside decking space. Also liked the quiet area. On the whole was well equipped and pleasant.

The approach to the apartment via basement steps was unattractive and a bit dirty (litter from street). Was expecting a sea view from the property description so was disappointed. A portable heater would have been appreciated (for older person) although central heating was adequate. A map of Swanage with walks from the property would have helped. We took away recycling as no facilities for this.

Place had everything we needed.

Wi-Fi wasn’t great, although host tried to install upgrade. Expensive compared to places we’ve stayed by seafront. Especially considering there’s no allocated parking,

The flat was ideally situated for us, it was clean and tidy and had full facilities. It also has a nice decking area with comfortable seats. Would stay there again.

You have to be careful using the steps going down to the flat, especially if wet. But then we are three OAPs.

location and space very good, with everything you might need. The lights outside in the garden made our evenings special. Lots of blankets and pillows. Spare travel cot came handy, noticed the games for the kids too and a spare dog bed! Enjoyed the breakfast out in the patio, great view. Great for walking to the town and to nearby restaurants/shops. Easy communication with a host.

A few bits need repairing, neither of the bedroom doors shut, and the loundry bags from the previous guests were left outside the door in a narrow hallway which was a bit if inconvenience - especially for elderly and toddlers. Given it is a basement flat, we couldnt get the pram downstairs, accessibility might need to be stated for families with small children. Also it feels damp (clothes and bedding) but thats expectable. The table in the dining room is a little low, we couldnt fit our legs underneath it, maybe too tall :) One small tip - couldnt find a tin opener, probably went missing with the previous guests?
