Una vera oasi di pace. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e accogliente. La vista un vero spettacolo.

The property is standalone and large, the gated entrance & tree line driveway is impressive but that is where the positives end.

-It is literally In the middle of nowhere to get to any shop you have to drive at least 20 minutes. -it is surrounded by total darkness and doesn’t feel safe or well lit at night. -the property is in total disrepair. It is something between grandma’s house and a hostal. Everything is incredibly dated and old. A lot of things don’t work. There isn’t even a working TV. The heating was off most of the time meaning we had to literally wear coats inside during the day. -The bathrooms are genuinely awful, to the extent that we barely showered while we were there because the showers leak everywhere, the heavy shower heads literally fall down (very dangerous), the tap in one bathroom literally only sprayed outwards when using (drenching you). The fixtures were all tacky plastic and falling off. It was 100% a hostal bathroom. I’ve seen nicer bathrooms in campsites. -the beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered and worse, they literally have plastic lined mattress protectors making them even more uncomfortable. -because everything is old there is constant humming, buzzing noises. From the living room it was impossible to relax because the boiler is right there. From the bedroom there was a constant high pitched buzz/him which made sleeping in there impossible. -The worst part was the host, I never met them despite being in constant contact, I literally sent messages daily with constant issues and complaints being brought to their attention with very little resolution or care. Finally when I inevitable requested a refund for what was a very uncomfortable week stay, the host was unprofessional and completely dismissive. Even bare face lied about me having complained during the stay (when I had all the evidence). It seems that some hosts consider the self check as a way to have no contact or responsibility for the actual guests. I have not received a refund, booking makes it complicated when the host is non compliant.

Stanze molto grandi, parcheggio riservato, facilità di accesso, doppi bagni, paesaggio, location.

La struttura è distante dai servizi più elementari, l'appartamento a nostra disposizione non era curato, soprattutto i bagni con arredi datati e logori; la cucina scenica ma poco organizzata, dotazioni scarse e stoviglie spaiate; frigorifero da incasso smontato e sporco. Il riscaldamento è preimpostato, perciò abbiamo avuto freddo di giorno e caldo di notte. Materassi e cuscini poco confortevoli.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione , il silenzio, il panorama, la comodità della casa.

Cambierei le padelle antiaderenti che sono un po' consumate. Metterei un televisore un po' più grande. Il resto va bene.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, przepiękny widok, bardzo wygodny basen i dobrze ulokowany - daleko od pokojów.

Bardzo podstawowe wyposażenie apartamentu, ale basen i widok wynagradza wszystko

Jolie bâtisse, bien placée et piscine agréable

ENORME manque d'entretien: - seulement une moustiquaire en place pour 1 fenêtre sur 2, dont la plupart cassée/fissurée ou défectueuse - 1 bruleur gaz défectueux (dangereux !) - lampes et/ou ampoule cassées - télécommande portail d'entrée ne fonctionnait pas - TOUS les poêles étaient usés et impraticables (nous avons brulé notre repas) - matelas trop petits et de médiocre qualité - les volets de la porte d'entrée ne fermaient pas - do-it-yourself enregistrement par internet à la dernière minute avec système très désagréable De plus, au moment de signaler les problèmes, il n'y a pas d'excuse ou action réparatoire - seulement une réponse laconique. Dans l'espoir que ces remarques verront bouger des choses, j'ajouterai que des volets au fenêtres sont nécessaires pour se protéger du soleil.

Lage und Pool.

Bei der Duschwanne blättert die Beschichtung ab. Mückenschutz nicht an allen Fenstern. Bei den Pfannen ist die Teflonbeschichtung total beschädigt. Man sieht der Unterkunft einfach einen Investitionsstau an… daher viele Dinge die Repariert/ Saniert gehören.
