The property is conveniently located between Austin and New Braunfels. It’s quiet. The cabin was nice. It has everything you need in it, just no hair dryer. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, forks and coffee maker. It has a small fridge that works great. The kids loved the rec room. The price is great for the value.

This is not the resorts fault, but the water line had a leak so the city was fixing it during the first night we stayed, so the water was turned off. I guess it’s better to not have running water at night, when we are asleep, rather than during the day. As far as the property through, I don’t have complaints.

"Simple, clean, quiet, affordable!"

The property was full, but very quiet. My family loved the pool, rec room, and side porch. We stayed in the Ranch House and it was very spacious! 3 bed / 3 bath with a full kitchen and laundry room. Parking was very close to the door and secure. Check-in & out was via a lockbox so we didn't have to wait to meet anyone or stand in line. Quick & easy!

Nothing to complain about. The ranch house was a bit dated, but very clean! My family loved it.
