"Great place for our need of a place to stay for very short visit"

Just what we needed for quick overnight accommodations

Floor was caving in and dangerous. Flooring was loose and we stumbled several times. We did not know we needed to furnish our own coffee and no place to even purchase coffee there.

Amazing location 10-15 from San Marcos or New Braunfels. Beautiful large home perfectly outside both major cities. Gorgeous kitchen perfect for cooking while away from home.

Sound travels through the walls inside the house but otherwise perfect.

The room in the house was spacious. The kitchen was awesome. The beds were comfortable. I like the fact that the Pavillion was not far from the house at all. I also liked the fact that there were three separate restrooms in the house. So each bedroom has access to their own restroom.

I'm not saying I didn't like it. Just a suggestion. More outside furniture on the back porch. To provide more seating for all 6 guests to be able to sit and conversate while on the back porch. I also did not like that the pool closed at 10 pm. I think leaving it open until midnight for adults would be awesome.

Very spacious, perfect location ! Very clean and well stocked.I would highly recommend this property for families. It was a huge plus to have bathrooms in every bedroom. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Easy check in , very helpful and kind staff.

I don’t have any dislikes about this property. I highly recommend it for families.
