INStay was extremely nice with nice friendly staff. However since then they have increased the deluxe room booking from 1.5k range to 2.0k range. In that i feel it's debatable if it's worth it.
The hotel is very much inside the main road. The roads nearby are not well maintained. The area nearby is not very well lit ( it had some spots of darkness to and fro walking from main road ) . The room was big enough but not too big to justify a 500 increased price tag.
