BANN KHAOYAI Condominium Pak chong

We booked the room for 3 people. As we arrived there was only one double bed. The description says there is a sleeping sofa, but there isn’t. It doesn’t unfold and as long as you are over 1,35m height, you won’t fit. There was no 3rd bedding, no pillow, no blanket. My child had to sleep on the floor for one night and we had to leave the place and book something else. The owner refuses a payback, so in the end we had double the costs. Be aware of this false advertising…

El alojamiento es correcto, pero es SOLO para 2 personas.

Reservamos para una familia (2 adultos y dos niños) porque el anuncio indicaba que contaba con 1 cama y un sofá cama (2 beds en la versión inglesa). Pero realmente sólo contaba con una cama (y con sábanas, toallas y almohadas para 2) así que tuve que dormir en el suelo esa noche y la segunda nos fuimos a otro alojamiento. Ante esta situción el dueño/anfitrión no nos dió ninguna solución respondiendo poco y esquivamente por el chat, sin aparecer en persona ni tener a nadie responsable con quien hablar.

Very cute small apartment that had everything i need. One of the most comfortable mattresses i ever slept on. I didn’t expect any cleaning, but there was a lady doing the cleaning once every 2 days.

Gym is pretty much just a smith machine. At least some dumbbells would be good to have. Cleaning lady usually arrived at 8am which was too early for me. I wish she had a spare key, so i didn’t have to leave my key to her. Either way, these are just some minor suggestions.

Right next to the Khao yai NP.

It was very difficult to communicate with the receptionist, since she didn't speak english. It was a nightmare to find a mode of transport to take us back to the city...

Very clean and comfy

This isn't a hotel, but a condominium. This was not really clear in the description when we booked. It said that there was a restaurant, but of course a condominium doesn't have that.
