Location and furniture were great.

The property was very dirty and smelled of dust which was attempted to be covered up with overpowering use of incense which was very uncomfortable and caused breathing trouble when we arrived. There was too much dust in the property - it was not adequately cleaned between guests. It needed airing out to freshen the air between guests. The property needs a de-humidifier downstairs. It was better the following day after we aired it out and turned on air-conditioning to clean the air. It is not the guests responsibility to make the property comfortable. The pillows were dirty and smelly and should be replaced - it was repulsive putting my head on dirty pillows. The shower was clogged and dirty water rose up and filled to the ankles while showering - this was gross. We did not require a cot had one in our bedroom when we arrived - this is not acceptable. Not everybody has a baby. The host never met us at the property and we had independent access through a door key with code, yet they set check-in very late in the afternoon.

Unassisted check-in was fine.

1. Internet is a pay as you go sim and does not have the capacity or coverage to support a WhatsApp call to host, or anything else really. 2. Bedrooms are subterranean and damp and the bed was too wet to sleep in. 3. Heating boiler was not working and there was no hot water for showers or washing. 4. Mobile phone would not work in the property and we had to go outside to open space ( for network coverage ) to contact the host Delia. 5. Delia is very difficult to contact as she works, and does not have good enough English to deal with problems verbally, she tries to communicate with messages. We left after one night to another property, which wasted half a day of our holiday. 6. It took more than six phonecalls and over three hours on the phone to Booking.com to get a refund for this night. Cannot recommend.

Perfect location, the old city is just a few minutes walk away. Parking is very close and free. The owner is very nice and helpful.

There was no time to like anything because the damp smell and mold was so bad we didn’t want to risk having health issues so we had to find 2 separate rooms in a hotel

Sun flower house was a great place to stay! Our check in was great! We easily found parking on the street and the house was very spacious and comfortable! Walking to the old town and groceries were both very close! We loved our time there!
