Non è un 4 stelle, pessima esperienza! Siamo rimasti profondamente delusi. Reception perennemente vuota, zero assistenza. Avevo prenotato una camera superior e mi sono ritrovata in una stanza minuscola, che di superior non aveva assolutamente nulla. Il soffione della doccia era rotto, abbiamo passato un’intera giornata senza acqua calda e il balconcino era allagato, quindi inutilizzabile. La struttura in foto sembra curata e accogliente, ma dal vivo è trasandata e fatiscente. Pagare 110€ a notte per un servizio del genere è inaccettabile: per noi non è assolutamente un hotel da 4 stelle. Quando abbiamo fatto presente i problemi, la proprietaria e il figlio sono stati maleducati e ci hanno completamente ignorati. Abbiamo deciso di lasciare l’hotel dopo soli 3 giorni invece degli 8 prenotati, concordando tutto con Booking. L’ultimo giorno, i proprietari ci hanno quasi trattenuti in ostaggio pretendendo che cancellassimo la prenotazione su Booking per evitare una recensione negativa. La situazione è degenerata a tal punto che eravamo noi a voler chiamare la polizia perché ci sentivamo intrappolati e minacciati. Comportamento inaccettabile e intimidatorio

Siamo stati una settimana in questo hotel situato in una posizione strategica per visitare le spiagge più belle di Creta,sia in macchina che attraverso escursioni organizzate che partono vicino l'hotel. Colazione ottima e ben assortita. Piscina gradevole. Camera confortevole con tutto il necessario. Lo staff dell'hotel è stato sempre gentile e disponibile con una menzione particolare per Manolis che si è preoccupato fin dall'inizio delle nostre esigenze.Mai trovato un proprietario così attento e premuroso verso i suoi clienti. I stayed one night at Aegean View Hotel in Crete and was very disappointed. Although it's rated as a 4-star hotel, the service and cleanliness were more like a budget Ibis – and even that’s generous. First, when my partner and I arrived, the receptionist didn’t even say hello or ask who we were. Instead, we were coldly told that check-in is at 3PM – as if we were bothering them by being there. We came back an hour later to have a coffee at the pool bar, and when we tried to pay, the staff member had no change and told us to charge it to our room. We explained we didn’t have a room yet – it was awkward and unprofessional. Once we finally got our room, it was disgusting: hair all over the floor, yellow stains on the pillowcase, and more hair on the bed sheets. We immediately informed the front desk, but the man didn’t even apologize. He just sent a cleaner who didn’t understand why we were complaining. No one seemed to care. For €140 a night, this was a complete rip-off. The service was indifferent, the hygiene unacceptable, and the hotel is nowhere near 4-star standards. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Everything was wonderful

Если у вас есть возможность арендовать автомобиль, этот отель будет просто прекрасен для вас, без авто есть пляж песчаный в 10 минутах ходьбы и там отлично, но на авто, возле вас буквально в часе езды такое огромное количество пляжей где нет людей и супер хорошо заниматься снорклингом, я всем очень рекомендую поехать в магазин synka и купить себе максу с трубкой для плаванья и посетить пляжи которые не далеко от вас но хороши для снорклинга, я бы рекомендовал Kamari beach, но там нужно идти вправо, он называется tzamaica beach, там и лежать отлично и вид такой же но с комфортом) семья которая управляет отелем просто потрясающая, добрые, отзывчивые открытые люди, если вам что либо не нравится они по кладут все усилия чтоб исправить ситуацию.

Da calma da zona envolvente

A limpeza do quarto diária não foi feita, dizia que era um 4 estrelas e nao tinha 4 estrelas em lado nenhum, não é mau mas não tem nada como um 4 estrelas, o pequeno almoço é bastante limitado muito longe de 4 estrelas. Os funcionários quando nos receberam no check in não nos deram qualquer tipo de informação.

The staff and especially the owner were very kind and polite. The property was in a quiet and peaceful area. The room was really beautiful, modern, clean and the bed was comfortable. Finally, The hotel is neat, clean, quiet and has a nice pool and restaurant. Overall a good choice and I totally recommend it.
