All was perfect

Posizione comoda, non ottimale nel periodo di Novembre per passeggiare, ma semplicemente perché non è in centro. Sicuramente vista meravigliosa, nella natura. I proprietari sono impeccabili e super disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza, che ringrazio tantissimo. Una piccola nota utile magari a migliorare il servizio, già molto buono: inserirei nella casa ospitante il sale, caffè e carta della cucina. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, aber dennoch schnell in Altstadt, Strand oder Umgebung.

Leider kein Backofen, nur eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion. WLAN-Empfang war meist sehr schlecht, aber auch normaler 4G/5G-Empfang (aber hat im Urlaub nicht wirklich gestört)

Sehr nette Gastgeber! Sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung, ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mit schönen Bäumen. Man kann sich wunderbar erholen. Vielen Dank für alles!

The kitchen/dining area of the apartment (ground floor) has 3 very big windows overlooking all sides of the garden and the other apartments. The apartment is spacious and has a huge bedroom. The bed is very comfortable. The location is very good even if you are without a car like us. We had no problems getting around on the island. The bus stop, where the suburban busses 116, 117 and 118 stop, are a 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Bus tickets are available at the Tabacchi just opposite this bus stop and a bit further away you find a big Condad Supermarket. The bus stop for buses within Portoferraio is even closer: right at the accommodation. Elba has some very pretty day walks. We will for sure come back one day !

As very well mentioned in the description the apartment has upstairs neighbours, so you might hear some noise from above. The kitchen is relatively small, has a good collection of good quality pans. It would be good if some kitchen items were added such as a good sharp knife, a lemon squeezer and an oven glove. Some travellers might miss a kettle or an electric coffee machine to make filter coffee. There is a expresso hand coffee machine which we used happily.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir waren in Wohnung Nr 5. Das Bett ist von mittlerer Härte und war für uns bequem. 4 Flammen- Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und großes Gefrierfach waren eine umfangreichere Küchenausstattung als erwartet. Großes und komfortables Bad. Mückenschutz vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Das Gelände ist herrlich ruhig, weitläufig und grün.

Dies sind eher Infos als wirklich negativ: Im Vergleich zur Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten ist Geschirr und Bedteck nur das Nötigste vorhanden. Tee- oder Kaffeewasser muss im Topf warm gemacht werden, Toast kann man in einer Pfanne machen. Hat uns nicht wirklich gestört, andere Länder, andere Frühstück Gewohnheiten... Störend bei dieser Wohnung ist, dass die Klimaanlage der Nachbarwohnung genau vor der Eingangstür und neben der Terrasse von Wohnung 5 steht. Das Gerät ist recht laut und so wird der Aufenthalt von Gebrumme getrübt. Fällt natürlich nur ins Gewicht, wenn die Nachbarn das Gerät im Dauerbetrieb laufen lassen...
