Shabby chic rooms

Was in the heart of old town Zadar. Room was overall good size. Offers a car park space if your driving in.

I found the owners were a bit misleading, we were told the day before we were picking keys up from a different location where we also had to park our car & lug our bags across to the old town, 5 min walk, then 3 flights of stairs to find your room. When we checked-in they told us they would only accept cash payment. & they also couldn’t offer me a receipt which defies the point of using booking.com Also there is a cafe that becomes a bar downstairs so very loud & difficult to sleep. Shower wasn’t great, overall a bit dodgy.

Location, communication and friendliness with hosts was great

Noisy street, a lot of partying people which you can hear through the windows even when they are closed, better window isolation would be nice

Free parking nearby was arranged by host. Easy to communicate with host and very helpful. Apartment was inside the old town on a good quiet location and room was very clean & comfortable.

Some stairways to climb. Need to follow instructions to reach correct door. But otherwise host was quite nearby and sent help to assist us.

Room was as expected. Good location in Zadar. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly.

This is a room, not an apartment. Did not know that we had to walk 60 steps up to the room. Not a good thing for my husband that is recovering from cancer. The light at the ceiling didn’t work and the hairdryer always stopped and had to cool down.
