Hotel Golden Gate

Beautiful Hotel, wonderful staff, delicious food. Would highly recommend.

Staff members were lovely, flexible and super friendly. They made us smile and feel welcomed. We did appreciate the beautiful pool, the sunbeds and playground. The restaurant was elegant and gave us a high-class, memorable experience including delicious meals. Car park is huge, easy to find and access. Location was ideal to discover the north part of island.

It was easy to notice the hotel invests more effort and money in the dining experience of customers over their staying experience. The rooms need more attention and some renovation work. The noise coming out of the fridge was abnormal and it prevented us from sleeping well over night. Its door was broken causing water leaks every day. At the time of our arrival, one of the remote controllers did not work due to flat batteries. We did request new batteries on our first day but never got them replaced. There was an open hole, probably an end of a tube in the ceiling above the double bed which was concerning. Breakfast options are way too limited for a 3-star hotel. Adding simple scrambled eggs to the menu would make significant positive difference to customer expectations and satisfaction. We also recommend a basic self-service coffee machine to be placed in your breakfast dining area. Customers likely hesitate to ask for another cup of coffee from your staff if they happen to wish one. When checking out, we paid 50 euros for washing a shopping bag of clothes which we received back as wet, out of the washing machine without drying on the following day which we still do not find fair and acceptable.

Joli cadre. Bel hôtel de petite taille très bien entretenu. Propreté impeccable. Personnel charmant aux petits soins. Bon petit déjeuner et resto à excellent rapport qualité-prix. Bouteilles d'eau chaque jour.

Literie un peu trop dure. Un peu éloigné de la côte.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – absolute Empfehlung! Ohne Zweifel war dieses Hotel das Highlight unserer Reise. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Essen war schlichtweg das beste, das ich in ganz Italien gegessen habe – mir fehlen fast die Worte, so außergewöhnlich gut war es. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas abgelegen, doch genau das macht seinen Reiz aus: absolute Ruhe und gleichzeitig eine perfekte Lage zwischen den Stränden, die wir besuchen wollten. Für uns war es einfach ideal. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Lokalizacja. Jeśli chce się zwiedzić Północne Wybrzeże Sardynii to świetna baza wypadowa. Czysty basen, restauracja obok - specjalizująca się w owocach morza-głównie homarach.

Głównie brak komunikatywnego personelu, praktycznie zerowa komunikacja w języku angielskim. I wypadający uchwyt prysznica.

Le lieu est magnifique, le fait d’avoir le restaurant sur place est super. Le personnel est très sympathique. L’accès à la piscine est pratique.

Il manquait un second oreiller pour le troisième lit et le matelas de ce dernier était trop dur.
