The property is nestled in a peaceful, rural village, offering stunning views of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. There’s shaded parking available keeping your car cool and protected from the sun. It features two bathrooms, which is perfect when you're a group of 5-6 friends. We appreciated the self check-in option, which offered flexibility for the arrival time.

The living room and kitchen area tend to be quite dark, so you'll want to keep the lights on during the day. We are a group of five friends who booked the house for five nights and we were left with only three rolls of toilet paper, no kitchen towels and no bin bags, so had to head back shopping straight after arriving. This wasn't convenient with the nearest shop being approx. 20 minutes away. There were no information about where to dispose recycling waste. The upstairs neighbours were noisy every morning between 7 and 8 listening to loud music, hoovering and walking up and down the rooms in some wooden clogs. We visited in May when the nights were still chilly and there weren't enough duvets for everyone (plus no linen to use them). The house wasn't particularly clean, as everything was quite dusty, and the outside area also seemed a bit neglected. There were broken tables, dirty chairs, and the grill area didn't feel very welcoming. We did plan to use the barbecue, but since the equipment was left outside dirty, we decided it was better not to spend half the day cleaning up after someone else. Some of these points were mentioned in previous reviews, but it seems like they haven't been addressed. I don't think we would choose this place again in the future.

Not much natural light in the main kitchen and living area.

Object is located in remote area which was a really nice experience for city born person. Spacious apartment was well equipped, beds were comfortable. Swimming pool was clean. This is also a nice place as a base to visit Florence, Pisa and Siena, as all of these can be reached up to 1 hour drive.

There could be some more light sources in kitchen and living room area.

Swimming pool was nice, the views, the house was a good place to rest and enjoy, cook and have a good time. Siena, Florence and Pisa all at a 45-60min car travel distance.

This place is remote - very remote. There is nothing in this location except a nice place and great views. Very quiet.

The only downsides were little things. It could have done with a few more kitchen items (like paring knifes, a salad bowl, etc). The shower in one bathroom needs to be repaired - the doors are partially off their track. There's little place to put toiletries due to pedestal sinks. Coat hooks somewhere would have been nice. The only place to put rain coats was on chairs. The host was kind enough to leave some notes, such as "well known winery nearby" without mentioning where or the name. "Shopping nearby" without mentioning what village. We never did find the winery, but did find shopping.
