Tamim Luxury wadi rum camp

Great location away from roads, clean bubble tents, amazing food

After I had checked in (I had to prove I paid, and the first questions asked were about what tours I wanted to pay for). I was not shown where the dining hall was or where I could access water. The room did not have a towel and the refrigerator was not able to be plugged in. I was later told I would be the only tourist left at camp the following day, and asked if I would switch camps. They should have asked me this immediately upon check-in, not later that night once I had gotten unpacked & settled - that felt intentional. My car got stuck for an hour going to the second camp, (requiring I remove air from my tires & then refilling in town) and there was little to no communication with the new camp where I would spend my last night. Again, I had to prove I paid, I was not shown where the food or water was, and when I found a person to ask, his first question was if I paid. I did not feel welcome, so I left early & drove back to Petra. **my tours with Haled & Raja were great**

The staff from manager to drivers, they are so nice so warm and helpful. Generally everything amazing considering price. Fire circle, dinner, tea, location amazing.

There should be Paper slippers in the rooms. Because sand coming to the bed

A beautiful and clean camp, beautiful bedrooms, wonderful trips in the desert and a beautiful atmosphere. I advise you to visit it

The staff at the camp are very professional and strive to satisfy the guests and the family. The room is very clean as much as possible. The reception, security and coffee shop staff are also very pleasant. I wish them success and continuity.

The experience in wadi rum was perfect ,The camp had good vibes all the time ,we had alot of fun in the bedouin party ,we booked jeep tours and camel rides in the sunset ,the room was clean and have abeatiful view .
