The apartment is in a good location and is decorated nicely. Giorgia was helpful organising transfers for us and was always easily contactable

The entrance to the property is extremely run down looking and lined with bins and I thought I was in the wrong place until I telephoned to check. The apartment had a strong fishy garbage odour at times. The bathrooms were cramped. We had no water from 7pm until 10am so I had to go to dinner unwashed after a day at the beach. I was not impressed that we were blamed for taking long showers and then told it was a pressure issue for all of Ortigia. I was offered a shower at another apartment but not until I had to leave for our dinner reservation. I didn’t appreciate being told a family of four are unable to take sufficient showers with the apartment’s facilities.

The apartment is so clean, fabulous, with a nice garden. Luxurious appartment to be recommanded

We like the location, in the middle of Ortigia, and without street noise. It was a very big department, 2 full bathroom and 2 rooms. On the kitchen we find everything but no microwave, but with the stove was not needed. We find some problems in the apartment, but the owners come the same day to fix it, twice, which make us feel very welcomed.

Due the apartment is located in a very old building one of the bathrooms produce a strong bathroom smell, the owner help us, but we put bleach daily to reduce the odor. Don't expect a new department, definitely the time did things in the apartment. The TV on the living room area was broken, but was not a big problem for us.
