Cozy small studio

Location easy to find.

Struggled to get in touch or get a phone call/message/email back. Had to call to property a couple of times to actually get in. (Granted I did only book it just over an hour prior) however nobody was contactable and when I went to house first time kitchen light was then just didn’t answer door. (I realise it may of been a child so no big deal). The second time I knocked a gentleman answered, nice enough fella but surprised to see me. Let me in said studio which clearly hadn’t been cleaned or freshened up prior to me calling, grubby,it smelt, kitchen has all you needed tbh, bathroom was poor, smelt bad. Sheets weren’t fresh. Drafts through curtains where doorways had been left in off garage conversion. I left within the hour as WiFi was poor. Place was freezing as only heat it had was a small heater. I really don’t know how you can charge people for it tbh. Luckily I got in somewhere else. Hopefully I get a refund it shouldn’t be on booking.com

Location was good

The property was filthy and we had to spend most of the evening cleaning food grime from the kitchen area And the microwave was disgusting to the point of not touching it. There was a hob but no cooking pots or pans and the fridge was grimy. I would not recommend until further cleaning has been done and this set up for someone to actually stay in not just to sleep in. Very uninviting place

Would be great to have communication in the morning of arrival as per the booking information as left worried if I had booked or what to do to pick up keys. If I had known more this would have allowed me to be more organised
