"Good hotel in Nuwara Eliya"

The hotel is in a good shape. The room was big, clean and the staff was friendly. We got a delicious hot chocolate as welcome drink. The bathroom is big and very clean.

The location is central but not really touristic. There is not much to do around here. The hotel is not soundproof, we could here people of other rooms quite good. Luckly they went to bed around the same time as we did.

乾淨所有設施都好新，員工超級有禮，非常加分！高度表揚員工專業！

沖涼去水位好差，一個沖完涼後整個廁所地下都是水，我們住是兩房兩廁，浴室的水從另一邊的廁所也湧上來，要用毛巾鋪住地下

近くに飲食店も多くてとても便利。部屋はとても清潔。ヌワラエリヤの夜は寒いので部屋に小さいヒーターがあって良かった。ウェルカムドリンクのホットチョコレート、部屋においてあるチョコレートが美味しかった。シャワーの温度、水圧も問題なし。とてもセンスの良いホテル。
