The hotel ia new and well designed, in the city center, the staff in the restaurant were so nice and breakfast was great

The hotel is very noisy because it is in the heart of the city center. Also our room was on the hotel restaurant and there was noise from the restaurant. In the night we stayed they had holiday parade and there was so much noise, no one from the reception told us about ir.

Very attentive and helpful staff, good overall comfort, well equipped and clean rooms.

The restaurant a'la carte menu foods were quite bad (and overpriced), breakfast was mostly okay, but nothing jaw dropping. Walls were a little thin/noise insulation wasn't the best.

Location is fantastic. Staff friendly and really helpful. Room was big.

The property is new and beautiful. The room is spacious and the bed is really comfortable. The location of the property is very good.

We had a room right next to the restaurant and it was very very load in the evening until 11PM and in the morning starting 7AM. Also, one reusable shampoo bottle that was not properly working fell in the shower by mistake and we were charged a pretty high price for it at check out.

We were given rooms in the same vicinity as the dining room and the kitchen which was actually right next door to our rooms. guests were rowdy but the staff were even more rowdy and refused to keep the noise down. It was a disappointing stay at Nuara Eliya

The hotel is quite new. Rooms are nice and so is the staff. Breakfast was also good.

There were some stains on the bed sheets and one of the towels. For hot water you had to wait 20min when entering the room and then again another 10min if a second person wanted to shower…
