Basic but had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Owner was lovely!

I’d recommend bringing an eye mask if you don’t like sleeping with light.

The owner was very kind and paid lot of attention to my comfort. The accomodation was spacious, with everything I needed. Notably, the kitchen was well equiped and the bed very comfortable. Located at 15 minutes by walk from the I site and Rotorua lake. And at 5 min by walk of supermarket.

The only thing I wasn’t fully satisfied is the fact that the accomodation was quite noisy, with a main road right next to.
