The Front door wouldn't lock, I went to put in the code given and the door came open without the code. And would not close after. The room itself smelt of urine and flies were all around the room. And there was dead ones by the kettle. No tea or coffee just a mug with 1 sachet of sugar. Bathroom had mold and stains all over the shower. And the carpet had stains on it too. I was so disgusted I had to book a different hotel. And cancelled my return stay a week later. I had no refund given for the first night there. And have been ignored. I paid £81 to stay there. It was advertised as a deluxe room. I wouldn't let a corpse stay there.

In a great location,close to everything, comfortable bed,good size room,large fridge that was very handy,would come again.

Wi-Fi didn't work, main doors were not closing, the lock was fixed the last day of my stay and current guests told me that it was broken before my stay. The property offered me a refund for a stay of 50% and after that offer, I haven't heard from them. I have been writing and trying to call them. But the number they have on the booking app doesn't work. So I couldn't rich them that way either. They completely ignored me and I feel very disappointed. And the bed has an ok mattress but it's not king size deluxe. The bed was too short for me. My feet were outside the bed. And I'm 170 cm high.

The front door lock wasn’t working. The on suite stank of stale cigarette smoke the tele didn’t work. I had to chase for the entry details only for the person on the phone to say I was lying that the entry details had been sent to me when they hadn’t so that wasn’t a good start at all.
