The room was not clean, the window was not able to open, where the condiments were stored was fillthy dirty, and a viscous smell from the bathroom, also smell of damp the min you opened front door waa horrible, one night is copeable due to location for our needs, if on holidays look for alternatice accomodation

Good Location for main centre. Very good communication to get there. Good value to rest your head for a night

First impression was place wasn't very clean(stains on carpet) No headboard on bed Slight dampish smell in hallway/stairway but not in room. Little basics like shower gel or soap bar would have been nice.

The cheapest place to stay on the night.

The property is not manned, quite dirty, the wall in the stair well plaster was crumbling, one of the panes of glass in our room had been broken and was sealed with a plastic sheet. You definitely get what you pay for.

The room was well equipped with all necessary utilities and more (minibar). Bathroom looked and worked great. Room lock worked good and towels were supplied. Location was great.

Room carpet wasn't exactly clean, room door hinges had seen better days and hallways smelled funky. No staff/staff contact info available on site and building was noisy at nights.

Nothing. From the moment of arriving we were greeted to a man outside swearing as he couldn't get into the property. We gained access and he followed us in. Next we were greeted to the smell of urine in the stairwell leading to our room. Absolutely VILE. There was a back fire exit on the ground floor and this was wide open upon our arrival which made me feel this place was far from secure or safe.

All the above. Which wasn't even the worst of it believe it or not. After the initial worrying signs the guy swearing outside was staying in the room next to us. Great. We accessed our room. Basic to say the least. Bed. Dirt on the pillow case. Kettle fine, 1 cup, there were 2 of us staying. TV didn't work. Couldn't watch a single thing. Stains on the carpet. The door was not a fire safe door. No closer on it as per all regs within such properties. Door did not even fit the frame properly. Anyway we were here for a concert at Guildhall and didn't have time to try and fine an alterative so had to grin and bare it. Whilst we were getting ready to leave said man from outside couldn't access his room. He knocked our door and I helped him gain access pointing to the instructions on the wall. We got back about 23:30. Went straight to bed as shattered from a long busy day. 4am both woken by said guy swearing at his door as he couldn't access his room AGAIN. Clearly intoxicated. He then started knocking on our room door again. At 4am!!!! We didn't answer this time as he was aggressive and I was really quite scared. He the proceeded to kick his room door in. The noise was horrendous and the swearing even worse. The shouting after gaining access continued. Eventually it fell quiet. We managed a few hours sleep and were up at 8am to get out of there. Whilst getting ready the Police knocked the door. They had been called by someone else staying in the property. We spoke with them out on the street after they had spoken to the man in question. I wrote to the the host just after 4am. Yet to get a reply. I wrote a complaint to booking.com they have referred it to the host. I expect a full refund ASAP. No one should have to endure what we did last night. I will be taking this to the relevant parties to have them removed from hosting and trading standards if I am not contacted. This is the final warning.

La ubicación

Un olor muy desagradable al entrar en el edificio. En la habitación no tanto Un borracho en otra habitación rompió una puerta de madrugada justo debajo de mi habitación porque no lograba entrar con el código, dejé mensajes al alojamiento y les llamé a las 7 de la mañana para contarles lo ocurrido pues al querer salir vi la puerta de este individuo abierta y rota, él desnudo, la puerta rota y acabé llamando a la policía No me sentía segura pasando por feldnt Son las 1630 y sigo sin recibir noticias del alojamiento. No pude dormir pase miedo y no siquiera un mensaje para ver si yo y mis hijas estábamos bien
