The hosts were México family and although they didnt speak English were very friendly and helpful The accomodation nice had everything you needed including WiFi and Netflix The breakfast was lovely and the ice lolly that was given to us with fruits from the tree was like a milkshake yum The walk to town not that bad 15minutes very easy to get to Chichen Itza local bus 45mins

-Excellent price/quality ratio. -tasty and reasonable size breakfast (also vegetarian option) -possibility to park a car inside property

Lack of hot water.

Hosts were wonderful and attentive, very nice family. They served a nice breakfast and asked us the night before what we would like to eat and what time to be served. They stored perishables for us in their refrigerator. It felt safe and was located on a quieter street. Room air conditioner was great!

Water temperature was hit and miss, it was warm for most showers and steaming hot for others...never cold. Not sure the reason.

Small little home stay with a lovely room and very kind family running it.

Room was tidy and nice. Breakfast amazing with more variants and local fruits. Owners very kind and we have from them homemade hamaka which is amazing.

Very nice room. An additional attraction is the hammock inside! :) Very nice owners, delicious breakfasts. There was no problem even if we wanted to eat quite early in the morning.

Hot water on request was a slight inconvenience. A kettle would be a nice convenience.

All good and a friendly family staff with lovely 3 dogs & a cat :)

A bit noisy at night

This unforgettable accommodation experience with local Mexicans deserves the highest praise. Their hospitality and warmth made us feel at home. Moreover, the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The place exudes warmth and authenticity, creating a unique atmosphere. So far the best experience in whole Mexico ! I’d love to come back.
