"OK for a short stay, but a big need for improvement on the bedding & bed linen & towel cleanliness."

Staff friendly and overall clenliness was good. Receptable to suggestions. They changed linen promptly when I pointed out that it was unclean. Tea was served promptly. Bathrooms are not dried at the time of cleaning.

The linen was not clean & it was even discolored. The AC duct drains into the bathroom so always wet. Water does not drain off after a shower. Size of room was fine but there was no indication that the Tamim Grand was situated on the 6th floor of a commercial building. Mattress is also old and sucken.
