Gia đình chủ nhà rất dễ thương, đã từng đến Việt Nam chơi nên cho chúng mình ăn sáng miễn phí (giá thông thường là 150 rupee) và còn chở hai bọn mình đi Shanti Stupa chụp ảnh. Phòng ốc rộng rãi sạch sẽ, sân rộng dù đang sửa nên hơi bụi. Nói chung là rất hài lòng.

The guesthouse is run by a lovely little family (communication is with a son who is studying in Delhi who even helped book an airport transfer for us). Rooms are clean and spacious with lots of beds. The room with balcony has a nice view of the mountain range. Location is quite good - around 1km walk to the main market.

The yard is a bit messy due to ongoing renovation.

Nilza Guest House is the best choice for acclimatization, located at 3450 meters above sea level, about 100 meters lower than most accommodations in Leh, but within walking distance of the Central Market. Sleep low at night and walk high during the day to acclimatize efficiently. It's a small, family-run place, and the owner and his son are very helpful with transport arrangements and recommendations for sightseeing. We used their help to reach the Ladakh Nomad Festival in Hanle, Tso-Moriri, Nubra, and Zanskar via the new "Chadar" route, returning each time to stay at the guesthouse again. Other long-term backpackers often choose this place as their base, and they for sure know which place is friendly and worth the money!

Some nights dogs barked all night on Lower Tukcha Road, disturbing sleep.

We loved our stay at Nilza Guest House! The owners are super hospitable, friendly and always there if we needed something. The room was spacious and very clean with a nice view to Shanti Stupa and the sourrounding mountains. The location was very quiet and it took as round about 15min to reach the main market in Leh by foot. Fantastic value, would definetly recommend staying here!

The location is tucked away from the center yet at a decent walking distance. The atmosphere is very welcoming and hearty. The breakfast is simple and good. There is hot water. Internet is good. The hosts are extremely nice people, they tried their best to meet our needs. We left for a few days on a motorbike ride, they booked for us the motorbike, they kept our bags and did their best to give us the same room we had earlier and they brought us to the airport. We definitely recommend this place. Thank You!
