The location is incredible and the staff amazing but my one-week stay was marked by several inconveniences. • Frequent power outages, leaving guests without any information. On multiple occasions, we were left without electricity for more than a day. If you’re looking to spend half your stay in the dark, this is the perfect place. RUN • No hot water: I had to wait four to five days before finally getting hot water. The staff on-site only reacted after I reported the issue. Furthermore, I had a dispute with the hotel, and instead of addressing the problem professionally, management accused me of using pressure tactics—a total lack of respect for their guests. Advice for the hotel: Learn to treat your customers with respect. I stand by my statement: when booking a hotel of this caliber, one expects a certain level of service. Unfortunately, that was not the case for me. I will not be returning to this hotel, where deceit and dishonesty ruined my experience. Good luck.

The staff were super nice and the manger is so welcoming and attentive to all communication and feedback.

Electricity is a huge problem in Zanzibar and there was a huge lizzard in the bathroom.😂

wow, just wow - it's just beautiful. Location wise it's close to the beach, but it's not beach access. However the property itself was beautiful. Nice swimming pool with a bar with very chill and cool people to help you out. the room itself was minimalistic, but super clean and new. The bathroom is outside which was super cool as you can take your shower in a completely private space but still outside in the sun!! The food is very very good as well, kudos to the chef and the server!! For the price is is an amazing stay, a hidden gem I would say!!!

Nothing really. Just note that it's not direct beach access, but that is clearly stated in the listing so no issue here. No AC in the room but a very good working fan.

The location is a bit too remote not accessible to shops and restaurants unless you walk .

Loved the outdoor shower, the staff was great especially Ugah, the bartender… cocktails were wonderful.

No bar fridge in the rooms

Very picturesque, neat, comfortable , great food and portions

The outdoor bathrooms are great to look at, not practical when you’re trying to use the toilet and the sun is beating down on you or you want to use the loo at night or when it’s raining, cheaper water would be nice

This place is a paradise. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always there to assist you. The breakfast was too delicious made with love. The room was a piece of heaven with a breathtaking toilet. Very clean and beautiful. We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything!
