Love this space

Great location in a nice neighbourhood, only about a 7 minute drive to downtown Dallas, or 30 minutes by public transport. Clean, well decorated property with friendly staff - highly recommend!

Everything was perfect plus! Jerry is the kindest, most generous and accommodating host. Our early check-in and late check-out were greatly appreciated. The property is beautiful, super quaint, unique, impeccably maintained and within 15’ walk of the funky Bishop Arts District (murals, cool shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, live music). The hotel’s neighbourhood is quiet, leafy and safe. Bus station close by (2min walk). We took bus 109 to the city for sightseeing.

Very quaint little hotel.

The bad- The walls were paper thin. Absolutely terrible. Every time someone walked on the second floor, out chandelier rattled. You could hear the codes being entered in the hall, people whispering.. very poorly insulated. The beds were very uncomfortable and springy. 2 people sleeping would both roll to the middle. Hotel didn’t have extra padding to offer. I used a folded towel under me to provide support. Left very sore. The good- Very clean room and bathroom. The staff were very responsive. It was very easy to check in. I don’t think I’d stay again. Unfortunately the beds and the thin walls made it very difficult to sleep and be comfortable.
