The location, interior design, staff, and cleanliness.

Convenient to town and walkable to bishop arts. Very friendly helpful staff. Wish it was a little more sound proof but it’s an old house so it is what it is. Very nice stay. Would stay again.

Interior design, good vibe, clean and nice environment.

Small rooms, room cleaning by request, parking only for compact cars (not mentioned on bookings), surrouding locarion was a bit rough.

Thin walls

My family and I had such a lovely stay at the Madison! The front desk person, Jheri, was incredibly kind, accommodating and knowledgeable about the building and she was a great conversationalist. She really made our stay enjoyable. We arrived in the evening time and were offered complementary drinks and a very comfortable stay. This hotel was such an aesthetic property - it felt like a movie set.

Unfortunately, during our stay (on a Saturday night), the properties neighbors were very lively. They played loud music well into the early morning hours, the staff couldn't do anything except provide ear plugs and a non-emergency number to contact law enforcement to lodge a complaint.
