I cannot really comment about the stay experience at this property because in the first place the property owner was not able to accommodate me. It was so frustrating because I just came in Manila and nowhere to go but to stay here but upon calling them the morning before my check in time, I was told that they did not receive a confirmation from booking.com that I have booked for this property for 6 nights and so they can't accommodate me as it is already booked by another person through their Air BnB platform. It was really frustrating. Good thing I had my sister with me that time and she had a car. The property owner promised to help us look for another property and even vouched to pay for the cost of the replacement property in excess of the original payment that we paid just to compensate for the inconvenience that they have caused us. Unfortunately, we were waiting for the info of the new property until evening but got no update from them. We then decided to just book for another accommodation because it is already night time. They then promised to provide us the full refund on the same day unfortunately again, we just had the refund 7 days after that day. Fortunately, we had cash to book for another accommodation. I never had this experience before with booking.com but I guess we just need to contact our hotel/property upon booking even if you already received confirmation and/or status update emails from booking.com to make sure that you will not experience the same experience that I had.
