Der General Manager Allan macht alles Unmögliche möglich. Super netter Kontakt, Personal war auf unserer gesamten Lombokreise am freundlichsten - so etwas muss man suchen. Das ist Freundlichkeit / Ehrlichkeit pur. Wir hatten für 3 Nächte gebucht und sind dann 9 Nächte geblieben - auch dank der zentralen Lage zu den umliegenden Stränden. Ein Strand im Süden ist schöner als der andere, nahezu menschenleer. Vielen Dank für diesen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Allan le propriétaire ainsi que toute son équipe ont été d'une incroyable gentillesse ! l'acceuil est réellement chaleureux , le personnel est soucieux de votre confort j'ai eu un souci d'arrivée d'eau au niveau du lavabo , celà a été réparé dans l'heure ! certes la connection wifi est parfois capricieuse mais celà n'est pas génant , c'est le moment de se deconnecter enfin 😁! un service efficace de landry y est proposé le lieu est admirablement bien entretenu , la cuisine y est bonne et faite maison , la piscine , le calme du lieu et la vue sont apaisants 🥰 la location de scooter est proposé , ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement pour explorer les alentours j'ai passé un merveilleux séjour au Maya ocean resort , j'y reviendrai avec beaucoup de bonheur

Amazing staff made our stay superb. Otherwise this is a beautifully designed place in a great location just round the corner from a stunning quiet beach. Highly recommend for a quiet beach break away from the chaos elsewhere on the island. Also not far from surfing at Selong Balanak.

Some minor maintenance issues, but this is Indonesia. Location is quite remote, so don't expect to be able to avoid riding scooters!

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder❤️ das Personal ist super lieb und den Besitzer haben wir auch ins Herz geschlossen. Das Essen war sehr lecker! Die Zimmer waren nagelneu und sehr schön gemacht. Der Ausblick super schön!

Das WiFi ist nicht gut 🤭 gerade das Arbeiten remote, macht es schwierig

Unfortunately this is a pricey place to stay for what you get. Staff were hard to find, and inattentive to guest's needs. E.g. we had to explicitly request house keeping visits despite staying for 4 days, and asked for clean towels and never got any. We chose the hotel because of other reviews mentioning it was peaceful and good food - we got neither. They were renovating which meant it was noisy and dirty. We were moved to a slightly more distant room to avoid the worst of it but it couldn't be avoided by the pool or meals area. Wifi didn't work anywhere. There was no shade around the pool either, so very little insensitive to spend much time on site. Food was definitely below average quality - all frozen vegetables and old precooked meat. Pancakes were too burnt to eat. Waiting times were ridiculous - a minimum 40 minutes for breakfast if we were the only two people there (50 minutes one day for an order of 2 pancakes), dinner was a wait of 1 hour 15 when there was one table ahead of us. No one checked in on us or offered any explanation or a refill of our drink, no one around to serve drinks or food other than breakfast and dinner. Lots of empty bottles behind the bar but the only stocked beer. We chose to eat out when we could. Local warrungs were better food and much cheaper, and up market places on the beach were superb. Some are walking distance but best to hire a scooter or private driver. We understand that sometimes things are unavoidable, like renovations or perhaps the kitchen staff being untrained, but there was no attempt to communicate, apologise or compensate. We weren't even asked how our stay had been.

L’accueil, le personnel désagréable, impoli. Le ménage mal fait. La cuisine : le petit déjeuner mauvais.

L’emplacement est calme mais il y avait des travaux très tôt le matin .

La chambre était sale, elle n’a même pas était nettoyé et cela deux jours de suite. Nous ne renouvèlerons pas l’expérience
