Bella posizione con vista mare, forse siamo stati fortunati, avevamo la n. 2 e era in una ottima posizione

Peccato per il tramonto dietro una collinetta

- We were warmly welcomed by Giovanna. Our apartment (small house of our own) was ideal for our needs - nice big shaded table outside for meals. Well equipped kitchen. Small rooms but plenty of wardrobe, shelf and drawer space that we shared. Good shutters and fly screens and ability to keep the house shaded and cool. - We used the washing machine a few times - that worked well and was very convenient. - The swimming pool was wonderful and we enjoyed it a lot. - There is an excellent pizzeria about 10 minutes' walk away. - While we were there Giovanna kindly checked we had everything we needed and gave us on one occasion wonderful fresh cherries from her (or a friend's?) garden, another time olive oil or a jar of beans (we made a great tuna and bean salad). We used lemons from the garden. - We went on an excellent boat trip one day to Tremiti Islands and, another day, a pleasant trip to Vieste. - Peschici itself is lovely.

- It wasn't so easy to use the accommodation without a car of our own (it's not just a bit further out of Peschici than we thought, but the terrain is hilly and would be hard for walking in hot weather) - happily there's a great taxi company in Peschici (Lazzaro was very dependable - we got the number from the tourist office in Peschici). - We used the buses, but some of the drivers weren't keen to stop near where the road goes up to the Villa. It was very difficult getting information about the buses in Peschici (the online timetable was a bit hit and miss), but the bus office in Vieste was very helpful. - It might have been useful to know that sometimes a large-ish school-age group uses the property - the group that was there was very polite and pleasant, but the pool was sometimes (understandably) a bit noisy - The school group's music was once or twice a bit loud but the adults turned down the volume as soon as we asked.

Piscina veramente molto bella, panorama stupendo dall'ampia terrazza dove si può anche cenare. Tutto molto pulito.

Dintorni molto rumorosi (strada con mezzi che passano già dalle 5 di mattina, cani che abbaiano di notte), impossibile dormire con la finestra aperta per fare circolare aria.

Complexe touristique très bien équipé, vue sur la mer et les collines. Services tout en autonomie et respect.
