I had a very bad bad experience with the staff he was interested in knowing when I am leaving and would call to know the exact time. I was given a towel on the first day and two pieces of soap but they didn't provide me with another towel soap in the following days . Mr Anwar Ali the hotel staff says he cannot serve until asked with essentials as well which every hotel staff does without asking for it . Cleaning was not done in my room during my entire stay . Mr Anwar Ali was very unprofessional . The bathroom of room no 205 and 203 are so small that if you open the door fully it collides with the pot , there is hardly any space where you can comfortably take a bath . The bathroom is so tiny that I wonder how people take baths and freshen up. There was no TV in the room no chair no table in room no 203. I would warn people to go into this property as I had a MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. Don't visit this instead search for other hotels.

location near the ghats of varanasi and the property is very clean and the staff is very helpful in every condition i would like to share my some incident in varanasi I lost my wallet and the hotel manager understand my problem and they help me soo much thank you for your kindness ❤️
