Como Business Inn

Very nice apartment, spacioius, clean, nicely decorated. Big plus for the parking. Good instruction and easy check in.

The place was spotless and comfortable, located in a lovely apartment complex.

Getting access to the underground parking is a bit complicated but i can see how there's not much to be done about it

I chose the Como Business Inn because it was close to all the institutions where I had business appointments. In winter the apartment is warm and the guest sets the temperature himself via a wireless thermostat located in the living room next to the TV. The very spacious wardrobes allow you to store a lot of luggage. The kitchen is well equipped (together with XL refrigerator), so even those who want to cook for themselves will have enough utensils. The dishwasher will do the washing up for you, while you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee from the built-in coffee machine. I did not use the Smart TV, which is in the living room. The internet is reliable and fast enough for video meetings even with greater number of participants. The owner, Vanessa, was very friendly and responsive. She advised me on some very good restaurants nearby. The whole building is peaceful and quiet, the windows of the apartment overlook a very nicely landscaped park. It was very convenient to have my own parking space in the underground garage, from where is easy access to the elevator that leads to the desired floor. The neighbourhood is guarded by security guards who control vehicular access to the residential area. The Promenada shopping centre is about 10 minutes' walk away, as is the Aurel Vlaicu metro station. Due to heavy traffic and congestion, it is best to use the metro to get around Bucharest. Warning: it will be real challenge to find a place in the city that will make coffee as good as the coffee you will make yourself from the coffee machine in Como Business Inn apartment!

I had a bit of trouble accessing it by car, as the navigation (Waze) didn't recognise the turn-off for the neighbourhood: from Soseau Pipera Street, take the turn after the Hyundai or Citroen dealership - look out for the big signs Pinum and Grup Nusco. It looks as if you are passing a raised barrier to enter the backyard of a factory, but this is actually the right way. There will be a security guard at the next barrier on your left side. There was one on duty when I arrived who spoke excellent English, so there was no problem with communication.

a very well-arranged apartment, very clean and with all the accessories you need. the area seems to be very convenient in the basement with very easy access to the apartment. A special apartment complex, nusco city, with secure access. Central heating with its own ct and air conditioning. Good cost-benefit ratio. Very good relationship with the host, everything is explained to you very clearly and to the point, I highly recommend
