Beautiful hotel, staff were really friendly and so helpful, room was clean and bed was so comfy, would recommend to anyone.

Going to a funeral near Pontyclun so reasonably convenient. Didn’t realise it was now an Indian restaurant with bedrooms above. Room was clean but the en suite bathroom doors wouldn’t shut. Indian meal in evening was excellent, but no breakfast available in the morning.

The room had all the necessary things, was large enough and clean and tidy. The shower room was modern and clean. I had a delicious evening meal which I highly reccomend.

Although the shower room was as described in what I like, unfortunately, due to the extractor pump malfunctioning the shower tray, toilet and sink did not drain the water away. This could have been due to somebody putting the wrong items in the toilet. There is a sign clearly stating this in the room. The response from the manager, after I informed him of the problem was very apologetic and promised me a £20 reduction on next meal I have. The biggest issue however was the green light in the room which was on constantly and the duvet being of too heavy duty, combination of both made it difficult for me to sleep.

Very welcoming host. All facilities clean. Bedroom attractively decorated. Close to the railway station was an added bonus. Great price.

Very good for the price. Stayed here for a concert in Principality Cardiff. Walking distance to train station and only 2 stops to Cardiff
