"Layers who trying to take extra money from tourists."

They were very rood, took from us extra money because we come at 00.30, even if we book at 23.30 because of canceling flight. There was absolutely no information about extra money before prenotation! I checked 20 times. They just answered: "go to the street", at 1 am in the night...
